Fay has over 10 years experience with Hypnotherapy and is qualified with the NCH (National Council of Hypnotherapy). Fay studied at the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy in Sheffield where she acquired qualifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Stress Management, Psychotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy).
Fay is an extremely professional therapist, who has a strong understanding of confidentiality and the importance of creating a unique strategy for each client that she treats. Fay works to build a rapport with each client, and then create a treatment programme that will work best for their needs.
Fay’s previous work history involves working with young children as a teaching assistant, being an equine yard manager and running her own business; this eclectic past has given Fay a grounding and knowledge of some of the various stressors that human beings encounter everyday, and their affects.
Therapy sessions are carried out in a hypnotherapy suite based in Shepley, West Yorkshire, and are available Monday – Friday 9am- 7pm, and Saturday 10am - 4pm. If you wish to be seen outside of these times, please ask, as Fay will always try to help.
Fay has recently been made a resident expert at Horse & Rider Magazine, and wrote a piece on how Hypnotherapy can help sports performance for horse riders.
